Joe Grusman is Offerpad’s Chief Marketing Officer, whose laser focus is on driving increased traffic to Offerpad.com via its digital marketing channels. With a data-first mentality, Joe is responsible for showcasing and ensuring Offerpad’s industry-leading real estate solutions are presented to and seen by the right customers at the right time to keep its sales funnel full.
A seasoned marketing executive, Joe joined Offerpad after 10 years at customer-obsessed Zappos.com. As a key member of its leadership team reporting to the Amazon board, he helped ferry Zappos through its transition after being acquired by Amazon in 2009. During his tenure there as GM of Ecommerce, Marketing, he also created and led cross-functional teams of world-class marketers responsible for implementing key company initiatives, including the company’s expansion into the B2B market with the launch of Zappos at Work and its direct-to-consumer Powered by Zappos line, resulting in record numbers for customer engagement, growth and loyalty. Joe’s vast marketing background also includes advertising agency experience, working on accounts for United Health Care and several hometown casinos in his native Las Vegas.
Joe obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from the Boyd School of Law in 2015 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in 2007 from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
