Cortney Read serves as Vice President of Investor Relations and Communications at Offerpad, where she leads investor engagement, earnings communications, board communications and materials, executive messaging, and public relations strategy. In this role, she helps align Offerpad’s business priorities with how the company communicates across the market and organization.
With more than 20 years of experience across high-growth and public companies, Cortney is known for building communications functions from the ground up and guiding organizations through periods of growth and transformation. During her eight years at Offerpad, she has played a central role in scaling the company’s communications infrastructure and supporting its public company journey.
Earlier in her career, Cortney was an early employee at LifeLock, where she helped build the company’s communications organization and supported its successful IPO in 2012.
